Message To the Builder:
My name is Jerid Davis. I’m the owner of a Construction Company, BDC. Since
1999 in business and have done everything from repairing a toilet,
to building a complete house from ground to turnkey. We wanted to develop a
site that will bring customers and contractors together to make the process
much more efficient. That is why we created Upickabuilder.com.
There were problems that always presented themselves to us both on the
Contractor side and the customer side. These problems include:

Communication with customers about availability of skills.

The average Customers didn't have a way to send out for bids.

Customers didn't have the ability to research contractors in one location on
the Internet.

Having to travel up to 100 miles to a job while contractors from that area were
doing work on the house down the street.

Wasting gas and valuable time to bid on a job that we really did not want to take
because it was so far away.

Not realizing there was work right here in our area.

Customers don't have the right connections or the right resources to contact
us.

Our only source of advertisement was by word of mouth, because it was so
expensive to advertise in any other areas, such as: Yellow Pages, Billboards,
TV, Radio, etc…
We set out to eliminate these problems with Upickabuilder.com.
We are marketing Upickabuilder.com to the public for you, so you will not have
to do so. In doing this, customers will come to this website to find YOU and it
won't cost you a tremendous amount of money to do it. You will receive a
profile page with all of the information a customer would need to hire you,
such as: insurance details; references; photo gallery and any additional
information the customer may need to know in order to send you a bid request.
You can update your profile page at anytime with the tools we provide you.
While setting up your profile page, you indicate what types of jobs you want to
receive bid requests on. You will be receiving bid requests for only the types
of jobs you indicate.
